By definition Disc-At-Once (DAO) recording (a.k.a. Uninterrupted recording), means an entire CD is recorded in a single write stream. This is only possible when the entire CD is recorded in RAW mode.
The
PrimoBurner(tm) engine, which we use in SwiftDisc, actually supports DAO for data, so it will not be difficult to add this functionality to SwiftDisc. However, off the top of my head I cannot think of any scenario in which you will need DAO data burning, but if you have some ideas you are more than welcome to share them in the "
Feature Requests" forum.
Thanks :)
P.S. Please note that some burning packages mistakenly refer to "Session-At-Once" as "Disc-At-Once". Basically, in the user interface it will say Disc-At-Once, while in reality the recording is Session-At-Once and the disc is closed automatically.
